Quotes and services
This site describes the kinds of freight services available through the Landstar network and is for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract or a binding quote.
Rates, capacity, equipment, transit times and service availability depend on the shipment, lane and date. They are confirmed only when a load is booked. All shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of the Landstar company that handles them, including any limits of liability.
Network figures
Equipment counts and capacity shown on this site, such as 18,500+ pieces of trailing equipment, 1,200+ step decks, 1,000+ flatbeds and 80-ton heavy-haul capacity, are Landstar network figures based on 2022. They may have changed since.
Safety figures on the Safety & Security page, such as DOT accident rates, the number of Million Mile Safe Drivers and safety awards, are as reported by Landstar for the years stated. The national average accident rate is the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's figure for 2021. These figures describe the Landstar network as a whole and are not a guarantee for any single shipment.
